Dr. Dennis R. Jacobs of Yellow Springs, OH died in an experimental plane crash, he was 65 years old.

Former Aerospace Engineer at WPAFB. Graduated with a doctor of optometry degree from Ohio St. in 1975.

Dennis' true passion was flying. He was 40 years old when he was accepted into IERW training at Fort Rucker.

He was an AH-1 pilot who had over 2000 rotary wing flight hours when he retired at the age of 60.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Deloria; his two daughters, Diane and Denise
